Let's talk mental health. #mentalhealthawarenessmonth

This is the most terrified I have ever been to hit publish - and I had to hit it twice.

Some things are better said out loud than written in silence.

Please be kind.

'til next time x

  1. I just wanted to say thank you for this video, it helped me so much just listening to what you had to say about the subject, I have suffered from mental health illnesses for over 25 years and know just how lonely and debilitating it can be. You are right It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and it's definitely not a sign of weakness it's just accepting that you are ill and need a way to get better. I am sure that this video will help many others who are struggling and also help others who don't suffer from a mental health illness understand just how hard it is to feel the way that we do.
Take care and all the best.
    Kelly Glen.
